Juergen Brock

Chief Marketing Officer, Fujitsu Americas

Juergen Brock is Chief Marketing Officer for Fujitsu. In this role, he leads the company’s marketing efforts for the Americas region, participating in setting the strategic marketing direction globally and executing that strategy locally to focus on demand generation, increasing competitiveness while driving and supporting sales activities in target markets throughout the US, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America. As part of his responsibilities, Juergen leads the direction-setting, planning and execution of marketing programs, events and corporate communications’ efforts.

 

Juergen joined Fujitsu in 2001 as Senior Director, but later took a hiatus from Fujitsu to co-found and serve as managing director of BeG, where he launched and later successfully sold Germany’s first online livestock trading exchange and held exclusive distribution rights of MIT’s web morphing technology. In 2011, he rejoined Fujitsu and later became Vice President with responsibility for demand generation programs, digital marketing, customer reference programs and events outside of Japan. 2014 saw Juergen’s responsibilities expand to a global level.

 

Juergen holds a PhD from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and is also Honorary Senior Research Fellow. In addition, Juergen has been serving as guest lecturer at various European universities such as TUM Munich and ETH Zurich.
